Alex moved to New York city in 1997 where he worked as fashion stylist, which is what lead him to his true passion for working with hair. After training and working in the some of the best salons in NYC, he opened Sharp Studio, an intimate by appointment only hair salon located in Greenpoint.

After a thorough study of facial structure, hair texture and lifestyle, he will deliver a tailor-made look. This singular, detail-oriented approach to color and cut has landed him behind the scenes of countless photo shoots for editorial and fashion.
